Providing an easy way of increasing knowledge to support workers and family networks about individual’s needs, through simple clear education.
We have developed 30min training models. Each training package can have a customised module for the persons individual needs and support network requirements developed if identified.
How can this help an individual?
Using this program provides a clear way of communicating knowledge to the entire Support Network. It will be highly beneficial in increasing staff knowledge, supporting education with changes of staff teams, or additional support from extended family and friends. It will ensure all staff and individuals are informed and have knowledge readily available as frequently as needed. By having a device readily available, it creates independence and empowerment to the individual to utilise as an effective tool in training others’ on their care. After an initial consult call and package development for the individuals need, this device will have long term use and can be used for long term training of everyone involved in the individual’s support network.
